Theres this game...? - silver strike bowling special throws

Went To buy Strike Force Bowling for PS2, but if I did not bring alarms. Every game that I find other work, so I know it's not my ps. It seems a little odd. The back is blue instead of silver. What does this mean? I gievn not received and if so, I have no idea where. Did I get ripped off? Why is blue, and why not play?
